I know it's a long shot but I'm looking for someone to drive my truck with the double hobie trailer from Fort DeSoto to Kay Largo.

Sundance I wouldn't say its a long shot. Depends on what you can do, also. If you could leave your boat at DeSoto and move your truck/trailer to the finish, prior to the race, then its a lot easier than if you need your truck/trailer at both ends of the course.
We could use this thread to work out various shuttles needed, or start a new thread.
I'm willing to work a shuttle leaving my truck at the start OR the finish, prior to the event. I can tow a trailer and/or put a canoe/kayak on top. It's nice to have my truck at the finish but if I can just leave a travel bag in my shuttling partner's vehicle at the finish (and have a key) that works just as well, really.
Stripbuilder had mentioned the possibility of shuttling with me this year but I haven't heard back from him.
I have a campsite at the start for two nights prior to the event, and a room at the Pelican Friday night at the end.

That's my logistic snag. I'm staying in Key Largo for a week after the race. I am contacting everyone I know to have my truck magically meet me at the finish. Hmmmmm My wife and kids fly in to FLL on Sat so having someone park it at the airport is a possibility too.

I live 8 miles south of the finish. you can leave your truck at my house and we can ride up to the start together. I'm getting a ride back up there to fetch my car after the finish line ceremony.
