SewSew arrived at CP3 at 11:05 & departed after a short stay. Because of east winds & low water, he planned to go around Florida Bay. He said he sailed all night, but he looked in good shape.

Randy turned around and backed tracked alittle at Frank key, my guess is that he ran out of water, was at low tide, now coming up and inproving but now headed toward curlew key. as long as he swings south around it? High tide is around 4pm. Looks to be an east wind of about 14 kts. It could be worse, it could be dark!

MemberIt's starting to look like Randy may get sole use of that bed at the Motel for quite a while assuming he is not overtaken with fatigue and starts sailing the wrong way. It is quite an impressive what he has done as a solo sailer so far. I hope he makes it to the finish without issue.
