I am reading the book American Sniper. He talks about going through Hell week during his SEAL training. They have them stay away for 132 hours ( 5 1/2 days) while almost always doing something physical. As I was reading this I realized that it was the same as doing the EC! 5 1/2 days of non-stop activity with no sleep. Chief must have been a SEAL team trainer in his previous life!

Not even close to the same. Seals have nothing and don't set their "schedule". Check out your manadatory gear....and you'll actually use most of it. You get to decide when to stop and for how long.....not even close.
We certainly push ourselves beyond what most "civi's" would ever do....but it's not even close.

Well, if you monitor the forum carefully, then you realize that there were some tough guys failing the test, there were many others who succeeded.
