Saw it. That was an intense movie. Not sure I want to end up like him :-)

The Long Way Series is available on Netflix. Motorcycle adventures. The Long Way Round is around the world going east to west. The parts in Russia are very cool. The Long Way Down is from Scotland to South Africa and also good.

All is Lost with Redford is good. Makes you want to prepare for anything.

Old but good "Shooter"....any adventure movie except Deliverance!!

The book is even more chilling than the movie. Good read, but I would not suggest it for a book on tape on a night paddle/sail.
