I am thinking of purchasing a Kruger Sea Wind or Dreamcatcher for future Tribe events. Is anyone thinking of parting with theirs? I would be looking to buy it outright or potentially trade my 2016 Hobie TI. I have a few additions to the TI to make it EC friendly, as well as daily sailing friendly.
Pleas email me if you or anyone you know is looking to part with a Kruger.
Thank you!

A recommendation for Bacon. He and I met when he began doing WaterTribe events two years ago and have been sharing strategies and tips since. He is an acomplished waterman and all around nice guy who will fit into the Krugerhead community well. Anyone wanting their old boat to go to good home this is a great person to consider.

Bacon, all I can say is stay vigilant on the lookout. A guy that paddled with us on a weekend trip a few months back had a Kruger Seawind that he said took him almost two years to find. When they do go up for sale on the used market they don't last long. Same with the QCC 700 kayak. I usually peruse the used market a few times a month to see what's around, if I see one for sale I'll let you know.

I saw no less than 4 Krugers get re-homed in 2016, two from St. Louis and two from the UP in Michigan. I should have grabbed one up when I had the chance.
The closest thing to a lead I have at the moment is a guy who might sell a Loon or two IF he decides to buy a Savage River Falcon. But I will keep an eye out for a Sea Wind for a fellow Triber and Krugerhead wannabe!

Thank you for the kind words Tom, I promise to do the Kruger community proud.
Aleutian- I have found the used market to be very difficult. Thank you very much for keeping an eye peeled for me.
Joe- I have also looked at the Savage River Falcon. I have communicated with the owners, John and Ben Diller. They are very nice, extremely helpful, great communication and from all the research I have done, I think it would be an amazing canoe for Tribe events. If I don't track down a used Kruger, that will certainly be the way I go. The only reason I'm not jumping right into a Falcon is price. I would want a different rudder than what they offer and I think by the time I add that and a spray skirt, with the build I want, I'll be over 6k. Pretty sure I can come in, at or under 5k with a spray skirt on a used Kruger.
Again, thank you for all the help and I look forward to seeing everyone on the beach next year.
