Hey guys! Thinking of you all at the starting line soon, I won't be ther for the 1st time in may years, sorry.
1) Some of you recall me trading poorly aimed punches late at night after EC2011. Well, After 11 mnoths, many radiographs, 6 months of wearing a cast, 3 CT scans and 1 MRI I finally have the green light to paddle, and do push ups.....Don't beat your kids.
I am actually in better condition to paddle...other than I haven't paddled...I the off season, I did and Olympic Tri, and swam a 3 mile race (with the cast on!). I had the cast off for 7 days, and I finishied the Wisconsin 70.3 (half) ironman.
2) My associate just had a baby 3 d ago, so I am tied to the pracitce more than nomral right now.
My thoughts will be with you all. Paddle (or sail) easy. Eat well. And for Peet's sake, will someone (Sandybottem, Kiwi?) actually stay at that expenesive hotel just S of Pine Island Sound!
Sunrises and Sunsets,
KneadingWater
