Depending on what you mean by fitting out....... There is alot of info

also if you go to the "old" watertribe site under the magazine section there are articles there that are kruger specific. Sandybottom's I've been Krugerized is the first to come to mind.
If you cant find it feel free to ask away here on the watertribe forum. There are alot of Kruger veterans here that im sure will pop in soon.

There is little to fit out in a Kruger, unlike a kayak. The seat is already as comfortable as you can get, thought some glue on a small layer of foam. If you want a GPS or camera mounted, that's just buying the mounts and installing them where you personally prefer. I don't know what if any backband came with your boat, but I like those yellow Ocean Kayak backbands. I've not needd to run a hydration hose through my Kruger, as it's easy enough to run through the spray skirt when I use that. Some Kruger owners mount a spotlight holder on the top deck of thier bow, I've not done that.
How you mount the sail is completely dependent on what kind of sail. If Balough rig, you just need to follow the Balough directions, they are very complete. PAS and FEKS also require specific and different mounting, but it's all out there. If Balough you will want a bigger rudder. I believe there are threads on this forum to search regards a sail rudder for Kruger.
There's no outfitting for comfort like in a kayak, comfort is already there, no paddling needed. You may find you want to add some additional pad-eye's or bungie, but again that's all personal depending on your use and needs.
Once that boat arrives, you should be a be able to just put it in the water and go for a couple months without much thought at all, but all the fun your going to have.

I have a hobie seat in mine that I got from a hobie dealership, fits great and just went around the existing seat. I have deck mounted compass, I picked up a winshield cell phone mount for my gps that just sticks on the deck, any decent sailing kit is going to have you drilling something somewhere in the boat but if you just want to paddle you dont really need to do anything - oh - there is an after market rudder for sailing - I think it was designed by Wizard? Mine came with it when I bought it.

Here is a link to an article I wrote about my sailing rudder that Wizard designed: http://www.watertribe.com/Magazine/Y2006/M01/SteveIsaacWTRudder.aspx Please note that I don't have the plans or the installation kit, but the article is still somewhat useful - perhaps.
If you search on rudder in one of the search boxes, you will find two more papers.
The rudder was built by Phil's Foils which changed to Competition Composites. Here is a link to the rudder from them: http://www.fastcomposites.ca/site/marine/foils-a-z/sea-kayak/ They improved the original rudder head and it is very different than the original design. I do have some issues with the original so maybe the improvements fix those issues.
In addition to the sailing rudder I carry the original Kruger aluminum rudder that I modified so it would fit the new rudder head. It is a spare rudder and I would change to that one in river sections.
