What is the earliest time on friday morning we will be able to trailer Class 4 boats to the high water mark?

The rule from previous years is no boats allowed on the beach road until after you check in, get your PFD inspected, and and yo've turned in all your paperwork. I'm sure Paula will chime in soon with the time.
Also, you can't take your trailer on the sand. You'll have to carry it or put it on rollers to the high water mark. Some folks with heavy boats in previous years have sailed around from the boat ramp and anchored off shore (wading depth) and walked up to registration. Once they get their papers, they haul the boat up on the beach.

Thanks, John. You are correct about no boat on the beach until checkin is complete (i.e. PFD and SPOT inspected, paperwork handed in).
Chief’s schedule notes 10am as the beginning of checkin. Volunteers strive to be ready by 9am. More information to come to registered Challengers from Chief in the next few weeks.

Am I doing something wrong? When I try to print the "Float Plan" and other documents, I'm getting the Float Plan for 2018. Have they not been updated or am I in the wrong location on the website? I'm clicking on :
