   The flock set out at 10am near Cape Haze. After some technical difficulties (aka user error, LOL) getting the mast up, they finally sailed away just before 10:30am.
   The boys busted an aka that they were able to fix (thankfully). The storm eventually caught up with them and they are currently taking cover on Bokeelia Island. It was pretty nasty driving through it in a car, so we are happy they are safe and dry(ish).
   The plan is to head out towards Sanibel or Lovers Key once it is safe.
   All of this in less than 5hrs...are we having fun yet?!?!

   This team was the last off the beach in FtDesoto.  Just arrived at CP1.

   Lrock, Yetti, Leviosauresrex. Enjoying their vacay. Levi says this is better than school!

   Overnight updates...

   Chaos and SewSew arrived at around midnight [EDIT, there were pics :)]

   

    

   Gamera and Gremlin... ah the mud of Chokoloskee!

   

    

   The Spawnsters went in and out of CP2 around 430 Sunday morning. CP2 Captain Bill Wright captured an image or two posted to the WaterTribe page...

    A few more updates overnight at CP1:

    Conchistador was enjoying the wind so much that he overshot CP1 but came back for the noodles. He has filled extra water bottles and is heading to Dog Island for sleep and weather assessment.

    Argonaut has arrived at CP1. Looking forward to several hours of sleep

    AquilaLanded finished the UM! In great spirits and ready for sleep.

    AlexO joined the early morning CP1 party. He’s also heading to sleep.

    An update from MisterC (not racing):

    Sunday, 4:15am: Iron Bob and The Juice have just entered (invaded?) my neighborhood at Big Carlos Pass. If these beasts keep going, I will drive down and video them passing the Bonita Springs Road Bridge. Update: 4:45am: They are taking a break at the mouth of Big Carlos. Tide is Rising. Perhaps they will ride the incoming into Estero Bay? In any event, my hood is safe for another hour or so. These men are amazing. Paddle salute.

    Chaos and SewSew dropped off the tracking map (they probably forgot to reset their SPOT) but they have in fact checked in at CP3 and are headed across Florida Bay.

    Standing by at the Pelican for Chaos and SewSew. Great winds for them. They left CP3 several hours ago. Winds here18-22 from North. Sea foam is flying across the beach.

    Final update from MisterMoon at CP1:

    AkaAka and The Kraken are the last (but not least) boat to arrive at CP1.
    CP1 signing off for 2021. Good luck and safe sailing and paddling to everyone and we’ll see you next year.

    An update from "The Flock"

    I'm not currently able to log into the WT website to post. Eagle, Swift, Pelican, & PurpleGalli are all doing well and in good spirits after a (warm & dry) good night's rest. The plan for today is to head towards Lovers Key or further if they can!

    Update from Lawless:

    I reached Check Point 1 at Cape Haze Saturday night at around 9:15 pm after a little over 14 hours on the water. After a cold nights sleep and a review of the weather forecast over the next few days, I have elected to retire from the event.
    It’s been fun, there is such a thing as “too much fun”! Fair winds!
