Sunday I was on the lake with my new sail with winds approx 10 mph. This was the first time I was really able to use the sail in a steady wind. The sail is designed around the PAS 1 meter set up. You might remember I was disappointed with the shape of the PAS sail after the NCC. I used the same measurments as the PAS sail only in Cuben Fiber. This run was approx 45 degrees off down wind. The shape was very nice and I didnt miss the window. All in all I was very impressed with how it performed ,at one time I was going 7.8 mph coming off a swell. The other sail may have been the same speed but it was the fastest I have recorded so far.
