Steve, again I want to express to you my thanks and appreciation for all the work you put in leading and running the Watertribe challenges. Most of us are strong willed, opinionated, hard headed, and not easy to lead at times. I respect your position, care, and wisdom in making necessary decisions, rules, and guidelines. I know that you're concerned about the safety and success of all Watertribers. I've done four challenges but you haven't been a challenger in any of them. Hopefully in the coming NCC we can race the course together.
